Hopeful2012

I am currently in a place on the scale that I have been before and could not get it to go down no matter how hard I have tried....Would like to really get to get near my ideal weight before the end of 2012...I am in need of some good suggestions...I work 230pm to 11pm and find it hard to get up earlier to get out and take a walk....I do hand weights and aerobics for a total of 1 hr a day and use the stairs at work at much as possible...Mary
