My Goals:
1. Focus on 5-10 lbs at a time with the ultimate goal to be down to 150 or under, preferrably 145. I would like to be down 15-20 lbs by May.
2. Drink 8 or more glasses of water a day.


My Program:
Any 'program' that I attempt, I find my will seems to get in the way. I want to focus on eating healthier, making wiser food choices and trust in God to guide me to the program that will work for me.

Personal Information:
Hello, my name is Mary. I'm a single mom and with 2 'kids' in college and 2 in high school. The Lord God has been my strength and I am mindful of what His promises are to us.

Other Information:
We live a busy life with Cross Country, Track, One Act, Speech and church activities. I am a paraprofessional for the public schools, working in a 2 room rural school. We have 10 children, 1 teacher and myself as an aid. We are involved with CFO, Camp Farthest Out a family Christian camp.

The Trick or Treaters will be out this weekend. Remember your Weight Watchers POINTS values and check to see if you have what it takes to indulge before you begin to nibble. Are the treats really worth it or will you be setting yourself up for a gain at the scale? You're worth taking care of ... even on a holiday full of candy and treats!
