The Trick or Treaters will be out this weekend. Remember your Weight Watchers POINTS values and check to see if you have what it takes to indulge before you begin to nibble. Are the treats really worth it or will you be setting yourself up for a gain at the scale? You're worth taking care of ... even on a holiday full of candy and treats!
