My Goals:
My goal is to be as healthy as I can possibly be by eating in my recommended calorie range and exercising every day. I would like to get down to a healthy weight of 155 lbs eventually, but my initial goal is to bet a BMI out of the obese category and just Overweight at 185 pounds.

My Program:
Eating lots of veggies, salad every day.

Walking 3 to 4 miles a day.

20 minutes of strength training most days of the week.

Personal Information:
I'm from Shamokin, PA have lived in northern NY state and Alaska

I am 54 years old, Catholic Convert, divorced, and have 2 sons, both married and am expecting my first grandchild in May 2014.

Hi! I added you as a friend and sent you a goodie but missed your weight loss, I thought we had about the same amount to lose but you are way ahead of me! LOL I should read more carefully.
I see you will be a Grandma really soon, I LOVE being one. I will only ever have two so I see them lots and love them to bits. They are great motivators and keeping up with them is a test! Enjoy your virtual bike ride. Anne emoticon
