My Goals:
Healthy mind, body and spirit.

My Program:
Real foods, trying to avoiding sugar, gluten and refined carbs. I do all kinds of exercise. Mostly these days it is RPM, Body Pump, and now T-Tapp.

Personal Information:
I've been overweight my whole life--even in elementary school I remember my life being centered around needing to lose weight to fit in. Well, now I'm healthy and active and trying to appreciate the new me a little more each day.
