I want to lose about 125 pounds. I want to feel good about myself. To make my husband and children proud of me, and not ashamed because of my weight.
I drink slim-fast for breakfast and lunch. I try to eat a sensible dinner and low fat snacks. I like to try & make it to the gym 6 days a week. Mon thru Sat i do the treadmill for 30-45 minutes & Mon - Wed - Fri i do the machines.
