Need to be healthy

My name is maryann and i have 6 kids and a grandson and grandson on the way.. my husband and i do not have kids together I have 4 kids and he has 2. we have been together 13 yrs. I want to be healthy for my family and i want to be around for a long time.

Hi Maryann,

Thank you for adding me as your friend. I have to check out how to do that. This site is wonderful, SP has helped me a lot.
Everyone is here to help, and it's wonderful.
Being on here has helped me today. My son's best friend was killed in a terrible car accident yesterday. He and my son have been best friends since they were 12, they are 35. Matt was like a part of our family. So I've been in a funk today. Haven't even been able to eat.
Hang in there we will accomplish this weight challenge together.
