I have been living in the United Arab Emirates since 2001. I used to work in an office and gained about 30 KG due to sitting at my desk 9 to 10 hrs daily. After I quit work I lost 10 KG. My goal for now is to lose 10 kg more. After that I will consider to lose another 5 to 10 KG.

My Goals:
Lose 10 KG to become more fit.

My Program:
I do at least 30, minutes of some kind of motion every day and eat healthy.

Personal Information:
As the climate is very hot here in the summer I have made a small Gym in my flat. In the winter I enjoy long walks.
I am writing a cook book with easy and healthy recipes. I also enjoy writing poems.

Other Information:
In January 2008 I started my own cvompay "Eat For Life " it is a ladies club. Members can learn about nutritions (how to cook healthy food) and execises that can be done at home. They can also use the gym.

I think you are correct. I am eating cheese and eggs and fish.
Do you think that is enough? I am also eating quinoa, which is a seed that has a complete protein. Thank you so much for your help.
I will go back to eating some meat after lent. I do believe abstaining from meat during the lenten season is a spiritual depravation that is good for my spiritual devotions. I feel so good I am going to keep my return to flesh eating with the recommended portions of 3 to 5 ounces.
3 times a week.

I was wondering if you were still around..
When I first got started you suggested I eliminate butter from my food plan and eat an apple instead. Well I took your advise and have lost 45 pounds, so far. I still have more to go but now I am not eating meat, or poultry either. Thank you.

just starting to get back to warm weather here and I am enjoying my gardening. Hope all is well with you and that you get a summer break from teaching to enjoy some YOU time.
Still trying to keep the team sparked but its hard coming up with new ideas and to keep the site fresh................... working on it.

Im loving retirement and am discovering all kinds of things I never had time to do before. Doing somve volunteer work too which is personally gratifying.
