Its never too late to become what you might have been.

I am a mommy to two girls, one is 5 yo and one is 2.5 yo. I started my journey about 2 years ago to lose weight that I had gained with unhealthy eating and from my pregnancies. I lost about 30 lbs and came down to a normal BMI within 3 months. I maintained my weight loss up until 4 months ago and I fell back into some of my old habits and gained 5-7 lbs. I am not back to make sure I don't gain any more weight and lose what I have gained. I also want to lose another couple lbs to get down to a ...

Personal Information:
I am married & I have two daughters, one is 5 yo and one is 2.5 yo. I managed to get my weight down from 148 to 117 lbs with healthy eating and working out. .but I fell back to my old ways and gained some weight. I am back now and need to lose this weight that I gained and about 5 more lbs.

Wow - you are inspiring! From the looks of some of your blogs - you're doing this great work while in med school with kids! Being in PT school myself with a husband in med school, i know about busy schedules and those darn rotations. I thought I was busy - and I don't even have kids yet! Congrats on all your hard work.
