Its never too late to become what you might have been.

I am a new mommy to a 11 month old baby girl..and I also have a 3 yr old daughter. I had started counting calories here on Sparkpeople and exercising after my 1st daughter had turned 18 months..and this time I'm starting earlier (when my 2nd baby is 8 mons). I am starting at 149 lbs..and need to come to a healthy BMI. My goal will be 10 lbs everytime, until I can come down to 115lbs.

My Goals:
My goal is to eventually come down to 115lbs. I am starting at 147-149 lbs and will keep a weight loss goal of 10 lbs til I get down to a healthy BMI.
I will do the Jillian DVD's and run(cardio) when I get bored with the dvds. I will count my daily calories to make sure I deficit 20%. I want to come down at least halfway or more by new years!

My Program:
Body by Vi shakes + Eating Clean + Alternating Jillian Michael 30 Day Shred/6 wk 6 pack/No More Trouble Zones DVD...And 30 mins on the treadmill when I get bored with the dvds.

Wow - you are inspiring! From the looks of some of your blogs - you're doing this great work while in med school with kids! Being in PT school myself with a husband in med school, i know about busy schedules and those darn rotations. I thought I was busy - and I don't even have kids yet! Congrats on all your hard work.
