Walking In My Shoes...

Hi Everyone!! My name is Mary and I am probably like thousands of others here. I have started and stopped many, many different diet plans over the years. Some with success, some without..but most all with the same outcome, I never reached my goal! I am hoping that this will be the year that I change that forever!!

I wanted to say hey and that i am new at this thing...i have always had a weight problem but now i know i am not able to do it alone...any ideas???

Hey there! And welcome to Spark People. Just wanted to pop by and invite you to join one of the -villes. Basically, they are towns you join and leave each time you drop within a certain weight range. I'm the mayor of 280-ville and 220-ville, so if you are anywhere near those ranges, I'll wait at the gate to encourage you on to the Golden Archway to the south. In the meantime, just do a search of Spark teams for "ville" and all the buzzing communities will come up. They are a great motivator to help you to your goal -- especially when you get on the road and start speeding through the towns! There are no tickets given on the Ville Highway!
