Never give up!

So I have been on and off here for 5 years. Although I haven't reached my goal I am still trying. Consistency is the answer. I know this and am working on being consistently motivated. I will exercise daily and eat a balanced diet. Eliminating all "junk" keeping it clean! I know this is what is best for me. As well as meditating and positive self talk!

Thank you so much for all the support! I needed it today! Been struggling and it is only 10:30AM! Looking to see a "win" with my goals today. Did not wake up with the alarm but will make sure to add a fruit and veggies to my meals.
