Planning to drop 40 pounds in 2012 by my 40th birthday in August... 40 exactly would be 152, but I would actually love to hit 43 which would get me in the 140's too. I've already lost 11 but I'm falling behind!

My Goals:
I set the goal of one pound per week at the beginning of 2012, so 52 pounds. Starting the year at 192, this goal will bring me to 140 by 2013. Really looking forward to reaching that goal. Have fallen a little behind, so I've upped my goal to hitting the 140's by my birthday at the end of August. I would also love to be able to run 40 minutes by then as well.

My Program:
No more diet plans - strictly eating heatlhy, trying to stay within my calorie and fat limits. Also building up exercise again. I had been doing well with running, but life got crazy busy for a few weeks and it completely knocked me off the schedule. Getting back into it again has been difficult.
