Hi there! I read your post about difficulties at work and over eating. I learned from someone at my church about H.A.L.T. when you think you are hungry, think about these 4 words and classify yourself as (H)ungry? (A)ngry? (L)onely? (T)ired? I could add stressed or bored to my list, but then it wouldn't be a neat word to remember. Try drinking a full glass of water, then distract yourself with something. If its been 2 or more hours since you last ate something, then you might be hungry, but see if you can be satisfied with just a little something and a big glass of water.
Good luck with your studies, do not forget your proper rest. That will be key to stay on track. Your weight loss may not be as quick as you like, but small lasting changes will endure.
