My Goals:
After quitting smoking and going through menopause, I gained about 45 lbs. My sugar tested high recently and I am now on Januvia to control it. I have made it my personal goal to get back into shape and a decent weight. I am going to do my best to control my blood sugar (or insulin intolerance) with diet and exercise. It can be done!
My Program:
My goal is to have 1300 calories per day and to work out aerobically at least 3 times a week to start. I will also be taking walks with my dog in between times.
Personal Information:
I live in Decatur, Alabama. It's a river town and I love it!!!
I am now going through a divorce, but I will not be deterred from my goals or from seeking God in my life!
Other Information:
I am a heavy reader when I take the time to read. I love Dean Koontz, Stephen King, James Patterson, Janet Evanovitch, David Balducci. I play guitar and sing. I write songs. I love to craft. I especially love the little fur baby I have been blessed with!
