THANKS gor reding my bloig. You are so right , it takes time, work and also needs patience. I guess I might add Stubborn-ness too. I refused to give up my healthy lifestyle when i was plateaued for over a year and a half. I will not give it uo because I have has so many NON SCALE victories. At 68 years young I can say it gets harder with age. Go for it you can do it with Spark. Make yourself your Priority. We are worth it. HUGS Pat in Maine.
