Being Healthy is a Lifestyle!!!

Hi - My goal is to lose weight so that I feel better and can fit comfortably in my clothes. Most importantly I need to and will make healthier food choices. I will be more mindful of what & how much I am eating. I love to work out and typically exercise 6 days a week, using a combination of weight lifting and cardio. My Goals:
#1 - to eat only when I am hungry and to stop eating when I am full/satisfied (not stuffed).

#2 - to exercise 6 days/week for at least 30 min/day.

#3 - for my jeans to fit comfortably again.


My Program:
I'm currently doing Jillian Michael's Body Revolution. Sometimes I add in some other Jillian DVDs.

Hi Mary and welcome! There are many ways to avoid eating at night or eating a healthy snack at night. I myself eat 5 meals a day the main meals and 2 snacks. If you make sure you have enough protein during your meals you wont be hungry at night. Or you can set up your eating habits to include a nightly snack that is healthy! Might get some help from spark teams so be sure to join some. Good luck on your journey and if you need help I am sure we can help you
