GIVING UP IS NOT AN OPTION
Well, I did it, I graduated last month as a nurse!!! And managed to find a permanent part time job, which is perfect for me, as I am going back to university to get an advanced degree. I would like to specialize in cardiology nursing.

My Program:
My diet is greatly improved, my fitness level is better, and I am well on my way. I really didn''t want to weigh myself more than once a week. I started the program on a Thursday, but think I will weigh myself on Monday mornings. all though college we had a weigh in on Monday mornings, and I was NEVER more than 102 lbs!! Seems like a life time ago. I am literally twice the person I was in college. Oh dear. So, weigh in on Monday mornings.
