Let's GO!!

I'm focusing on making small sensible changes to my diet, as well as increasing my exercise, so I can make this a lifestyle again, instead of a quick fix.

I'm DETERMINED to get it right!

Workouts:
Some form of hiking, elliptical workout, and kettlebells
more details later...

Food:
Some mix of RAW foods, and cooked, aspiring for mostly raw, also trying to figure out the timing of eating the foods so I don't get so hungry after workouts. ...

No sugar.
Drink at least 24 ounces if not more of a green juice in the morning
At least 4 fruits per day
At lease one huge salad a day

I couldn't figure out how to get my team page to show either when I last set up a challenge. I think when you set it to private team there must be an option to show it on your page?? Sorry I'm not much help!

Marwa - Yay! I am glad you decided to stick with the team. emoticon

I joined the team, but have not received a leader invite. I think once I join, you have to do another invite to be a leader.

Sounds like you're on a roll with diet and exercise. I've been pretty good with food, but due to work I have either not had the time or been to wiped out to exercise. I bought Spin bike to help with that.

Yes, I've still been around : ) Our team hasn't been as active but I still like to check in to keep on track. I started ww in September so I'm counting points again (weird after thinking calories for so long). I lost 18 lbs since joining ww but since the holidays have been up a little from that. Looking to lose 15 lbs yet & keep it off w/o all the up down up down... Well, you know the drill. I have been really good at maintaining workouts - just struggle w/ food.

How have you been? Have you finished school?
