I am going through a reinvention of sorts (maybe an early mid-life crisis?). A year ago I decided that I wanted to be a cop. After figuring out our finances, my wife and I came up with a plan. I started school (at 32 I started school!) to get an Associates of Criminal Justice. During this time I needed to get healthy and prepare for BLET (Basic Law Enforcement Training). I am not new to fitness, I was an infantryman for 7 years. I let myself get fat when I got out of the military though. ...

I started school (at 32 I started school!) to get an Associates of Criminal Justice. During this time I needed to get healthy and prepare for BLET (Basic Law Enforcement Training). I am not new to fitness, I was an infantryman for 7 years. I let myself get fat when I got out of the military though. So, I'm kind of starting over. I decided to grow out my beard and hair until I hit 300 lb. That started in September.
