It feels good to be back on track & I am going to do my best to not give up!!

*Sunday, February 27, 2011~So today was a VERY productive day for me!! I made myself a "GOAL CALENDAR" that is on my "Motivation Board"! It's right where I can see it & I think it's going to really work! What I plan on doing is EVERY day I will write down the exercises I did for that day & then on my weigh-in day (which is Saturday) I will write whether I gained or lost & what my current weight is!! It really helps that my Mom & 2 Sisters also joined WW and we check in with each other every ...

My Program:
I am doing Weight Watchers &I LOVE IT!! It is very easy & such a healthy way to lose weight!! I have made the switch from white pastas, breads, potatoes & rice to whole wheat and found that I LOVE sweet potatoes. I have also learned to read food labels-not just look, but REALLY read them. It has made me more aware of what my whole family is putting into their bodies & not just me!! If you are looking for something different, try it-it's great!!

Hola Diva! We're a few days into the new team challenge, "Holiday Spooktacular", have you joined up yet? We're going to have some holiday fun during it. I just wanted to sneak in and see what's going on with you and all that good stuff. If you haven't checked into the Diva's Lounge in awhile to chat we have new divas there so come on over for a chat with the rest of us, we love to see what's going on with you.

My Diva Two Cents: The journey that we're all on will have bumps along the road or even detour from it, but remember those are hidden things trying to sabotage you. DO NOT let that happen to you. If you want to have something sweet or a cheat food plan for it, this way you won't feel like you did something bad when you have it. They always say take simple steps to change the way you eat to a healthier way. If you're not so good in the exercise department then start simple to, 30 minutes a day, take a walk somewhere. We tend to over think things and make them more complicated then they really are. This week chose one thing a day to change. YOU CAN DO IT!!! Here's to a great week with much success!

Hey Diva! It's challenge time once again. We're doing something different and adding a bunch of holiday fun to it. The challenge is called, "Holiday Spooktacular" and will run through till the end of the year. All three holidays; Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas are involved. We will be counting fitness minutes and dropping up to 10lbs. All our weekly challenge will be about the holidays and having fun. My Diva Two Cents: We all hit a roadblock in our weight loss journey and then do one of two things: #1 give up or #2 start over again. Do you ever learn why you fell off the wagon? What made you do it in the first place? When you find that answer and eliminate that obstacle you can continue moving forward on your weight loss journey. If you never learn anything, you'll always be in the same spot over and over again. Learn the whys and those will lead you to success. Keep on rocking this week diva!
