Mommy wants a healthy, long life!

I'm mom to 5 active little kids, and I;n a very busy manager at work. I hope to use sparkpeople to help me keep focused on building a healthy lifestyle for my kids, while spending some much-needed time on me!! My life is terribly out of balance and it's showing!!

As soon as I saw your kids I got an overwhelming feeling of peace that you certainly understand how I'm feeling at this moment. Thank you again for your support.
