My Goals:
Feb. 2012 Goal:
5 lbs lost and able to walk/jog 6 miles

March 3rd, 2012
completed 8K in 78 minutes!

March 18th, 2012 Goal: 10 lbs lost, able to walk/jog 8 miles
3/20/12 UPDATE: 10 lbs lost and can walk 8 miles.

April 15th, 2012 Goal: 15 lbs lost, able to jog/walk 10 miles.
REWARD - **NEW** outfit for half marathon.
April 21st - FLYING PIRATE HALF MARATHON 13.1 miles

May 15th, 2012 Goal: 25 lbs lost, maintain running up to 5 miles, and weights



My Program:
Goals set for 1 year include
5 lbs a month for a total of 50 lbs. Once I get to 50 lbs I'll assess how I feel and look. It will be my decision to maintain, or lose more.

Complete 2 half marathons and 1 8K for the year.

Consistent running and weight training regiment. Improve quad strength to avoid injury.

Treat food as fuel, rather than a reward or obsession!!!

Hello,
I see we are trying to start this lifestyle change up once again. :-)
My biggest challenge is getting the food right. Exercise I can manage, but the mindless eating/snacking at work really gets me - uggh!

I hear ya, girl. Happens to the best of us! Good news is, it's possible to get back! I was at 215, remember?! I've been off and on, up and down. Want to get together for a very slow walk/jog?? I'm just able to use my foot again for the first time in months.

I haven't logged on to SP in over a month... Glad you liked the mugs! Could you tell which was April's and which one was yours? :-) Tipped the 200 lb mark. Never in my life did I think I would ever do that. Trying to pull myself up and get back on track.
