I am married, 2 grown daughters and now Mom to 3 young boys. I work full time as a secretary.

I have done every weight loss program under the sun and if I haven't done them, thought about it. None have worked for any length of time and consider myself a yo-yo dieter. I decided to do Weight Watchers online, tried it once failed, but am trying it again. It just works for my lifestyle but now I need to work the program.

I have been overweight from around 12 till now and with my new addition of 3 young boys to raise I would like to get the weight off once and for all. Teach them healthy lifestyle habits of exercise and healthy eating. I also need to be able to keep up with them and have more energy to spend time being active with them. I do it now but I am dragging and at times have to say no.

My goal is to not only be thin but to be healthy and make my lifestyle change permanent. No fat diet that I know I will fail. Yes I failed Weight Watchers once, because I left for a program that really is a temp program, but this time I am not going to quit. I can do this, no other program works for my families lifestyle.
