Thanks for the friend add! I added you also. We do have a lot of the same goals. I must confess I have been very lax the past week or so with my vitamins. I really need to get back to taking them though. I can tell that I am feeling more tired lately because of it. I think I do not get enough B vitamins in my diet. I also take CoQ10, and this also seems to help me feel more energetic and awake.
