My Goals:
5% Challenge Goals
1. Eat 1200-1400 calories a day.
2. Walk 1/4-1/2 mile daily.
3. Do all PT exercises.
4. When cleared, join water bugs (substitute for walking on those days).
5. Help my team mates!



My Program:
I am eating intelligently, small meals consumed more frequently and I am making sure that I have at least a nutrition bar for breakfast.

57 years old, married for 37 years with one 27 year old daughter!

Other Information:
The background on my page is my old border collie, Slider, who died in 2010. My dogs always bring me joy but this dog was the best dog God ever gave me. He;s decorating my page as a Spirited Underdog in Spring: my 5% Challenge Team.
