My Goals:
I have never before had to try to lose weight...I was always thin and fit. This is an extention of my rehabilitation. I am ready to get my body back!

My Program:
As developed and monitored by my personal trainer...
Kickboxing 2x per week, lower body strength training/ upper body rehabilitative training 3x per week PLUS 45 min cardio. On my "easy" days, I am doing core training and restorative yoga at home (Fri and Sun).

Personal Information:
I live in upstate NY. Wine country at its best!
