Thanks Marsha, you had some great advice. I can't let this slip me up, need to put into practice all the things I have been learning at SparkPeople. It is about our little decisions, isn't it? Have you ever read the book The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson? I think that everyone who is trying to reach a goal should read that book.
