I'm starting because I need to have a place to force myself to keep track. I remember always being concerned about my weight. I think since my Mom was a bit overweight, she was constantly watching what I ate. I became a food sneak. I would hide an open box of crackers and a bag of chocolate chips in the back of the food storage room, so I would have snacks whenever I wanted. I think I started fibbing to myself even then. I'm finding now that I don't want to snack as much because I have to be honest with myself and track it all.
