I BELIEVE I HAVE FIGURED OUT A FEW MAJOR REASON OR TRIGGERS THAT CAUSE ME TO BIENGE EAT . THOSE TWO THINGS I AM GONNA WORK SLOW AND STEADY TO OVERCOME. LETTING GO OF STRESS IS SO HARD FOR ME. I THINK IT IS A CONTROL THING. I HAVE GREAT CONTROL OVER STRESS IN MY LIFE IF I LET IT GO THEN WHAT. AFRAID OF THE UNKNOWN. LETS SEE WHAT THE OTHER SIDE OF STRESS IS LIKE.
EXERCISE IS GETTING TO BE A INDORPHINE RUSH AND I AM EXCITED FOR THAT. WAITING ALONG TIME FOR THAT TO HAPPEN. I WOULD LOVE TO GET TO HAVE A FEW PEOPLE TO CHATT WITH ON A DAILY BASIS THRU HERE OR EMAIL OR MESSENGER. ONCE YOU FIND SOMEONE WHO HAS SAME INTRESTS AS YOU AND SAME GOALS OR BELIEFS I BELIEVE THINGS CAN GO HAND IN HAND WITH SUPPORT AND HEALTH.

My Goals:
FOR 2009 I WANT TO BECOME A BETTER PERSON IN ALL WAYS. TO MYSELF , FAMILY FRIENDS AND PEOPLE IN NEED. TO GET BACK THE SUNSHINE IN MY LIFE AGAIN BUT THIS TIME WITH EXERCISE AND SMILES ON THE OUTSIDE NOT JUST ON THE INSIDE. I AM GONNA LOOK UP AT THE WORLD AND NOT AT THE GROUND. ( MAYBE GET RID OF THIS DOUBLE CHIN WHILE DOING SO , CROSSING FINGERS ) I AM DOING THIS ALONE KNOWING I AM THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN CHANGE, I CANT WAIT FOR ANYBODY TO DO THIS FOR ME. ITS ME AND ONLY ME KIDDO. STOP AND LISTEN TO YOUR INNERSELF , USUALLY HAS GREAT ANSWERS TO YOUR PROBLEMS.

My Program:
HIT THE GYM 4 - 5 TIMES A WEEK FOR 90 - 120 MIN. A DAY. DO 1 DVD 2 TIMES A WEEK AND LOG ON HERE EVERDAY , MAKE SURE I AM HONEST WITH WHAT I PUT IN MY BODY. REALIZE THAT WHAT I WANT IS NOT ALWAYS WHAT I NEED OR WANT IN THE LONG RUN. I CAN ENJOY LIFE WITHOUT ALL THE "FUN" FOOD OF THE PAST. LOOK FOR SOME "NEW" "FUN" FOOD .

Personal Information:
WELL 17 YRS AGO I HAD MY DAUGHTER AND BEING SO PREMATURE I WENT INTO SHUT DOWN MODE WHEN MOST MOMS ARE BLISSFULL. I WENT INTO A DEEP PLACE AND REALLY NEVER CAME OUT. I AM BLESSED IN MANY MANY MANY WAYS BUT DO I REALLY FEEL IT IF I AM SO DEPRESSED. BEING BI POLAR SOMETIMES I WANT OFF THE ROLLERCOASTER RIDE BUT IT WONT STOP TO LET ME OFF. AND I KNOW MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WANT OFF THE RIDE. GETS KINDA SICKNING AFTER AWHILE, WHEN I SEE THIS I SHUT DOWN , MAJOR MISTAKE BUT WORKING ON IT. THIS YEAR I WILL BE BETTER THEN 2008 , JUST A ROCKY START. GET THE HARD TIMES OVER WITH AND LET THE NEW ONES COME WITH CLAMNESS AND EDUCATION THAT INJECTS MY VIENS .

43 YEARS OLD. THE BABY OF THE FAMILY. I WAS A OOPS LOL. BUT A SPOILED OOPS WHICH WAS GREAT THEN , HARD NOW. TRYING NOT TO DO THAT TO MY ONLY CHILD. WAS BORN IN THE U.P. OF MICHIGAN AND LOVE IT UP THERE. GOD'S COUNTRY BY FAR. MARRIED FOR 19 YEARS 29 TOTAL. MATH = MARRIEDNMENTAL.
