Finally having the motivation to make changes in my life

After having stopped smoking last November
(and sticking to it!! ;) I felt I had the energy to continue with other changes that I had long been wanting to introduce to my life. Losing weight and getting fit and healthy again is my second and current goal.

I like to give myself new challenges now and again as my attention span is quite short as it is, so variation and new goals are very important to me.

I joined SP on the start day of my new life (31st March 08) ...

I joined SP on the start day of my new life (31st March 08) and it has really been a great help so far. I find that it's a great way of keeping track of the food you eat and is also very motivating regarding keeping to the goals you set for yourself.

If you go to MVM.com (my virtual model) you can create a picture. I took my 'before' and 'after' self to my paint program and put them together to get my final result.
