I am tired of feeling tired and ready to work towards being a healthier person! I'd like to look forward to going swimming in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter (without falling through!). I want to feel healthy and beautiful - inside and out. I very much look forward to connecting with others going through the same journey. Short Term Goals 1. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. 2. Walk 20 minutes, 5 days a week. 3. Lose approx. 5 pounds a month Mid Term Goals 1. Move from the obese to overweight BMI category. Long Term Goals 1. Have a healthy, active lifestyle. 2. Weight 185 pounds (70 pounds lost). 3. Move from the overweight to healthy BMI category. 4. Feel beautiful, inside and out.
My Program:
1. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. 2. Practice mindful eating . . . track food, eat when hungry - stay within calorie range!
