I enjoyed your comment on whether to hide the scale or not? your my kind of girl, but I used a graph notebook left over from my kids school days and have created, my months and weeks with goal zones to keep track of day by day and month by month to track my progress, I know I could do it online or using the computer, but I enjoy using the ruler and being creative and adding my doodles and mottos, through out my home made creation. So far my average has been 3 lbs loss a month, that would put me at 32 for the year at my current trend.....lol 2302 days ago
Wow! Its been five months already!! I hadn't really thought about that. I sure wish I was further down the road, but that's water under the bridge now. I see that some who have posted recently have lost as much as 40 lbs. I'm impressed!! And congratulations to them. I liked the article I read this morning about no excuses. My food intake is responsible, but the lack of adequate exercise is my biggest problem. 2387 days ago

Well I had to edit this, I took another look and it looks like you HAVE lost that first 5! I was kinda pre-congratulating you on that big first marker, but looks like you made it!!!!
