Other favourites pastimes: to laugh, cook, eat, write, sing, garden, read recipe and reference books, listen to music, dance on my trampoline, swim, watch movies, play with my dogs, cuddle the cats and write/work on the computer.

The eating plan that you describe in your blogs of March 9 & 14 and Feb 19 are what I have been doing, almost exactly!
Differences: I eat light lunch at noon, light snack at 3:30 PM and regular meal with husband at 6:00 PM.
I am able to exercise for 45 minutes about 5 days a week (walk outside, Leslie Sansone walking, line dancing).
I seem to thrive on dairy (don't know my blood type).
