TRYINGAGAIN

Have tried several times to lose and keep weight off, and nothing has worked for me in the long term. I have tried Weight Watchers and lost weight only to gain it all back, plus some. Very discouraging and I am trying to get into the right frame of mind to try again. Looking for guidance and motivation to find a healthier way to live.

My Goals:
Lose 50 before I turn 50. Feel better and have more energy.

My Program:
In the beginning of July I recommitted myself and began eating 5 small meals a day of healthy whole foods. I am also carb cycling, where I have carbs every other day...so far so good.

Hi, thanks for adding me as a friend! Good luck with your running. It took me a long time to build endurance, it takes a lot of patience and commitment but it's exciting when you start to run more than walk. Keep at it, you can do it! I didn't run much in 2012 and have to start over with more walking and spurts of running but I know I'll get there too again this year. Do you have a 5k in mind yet?
