I had a down period for about 5 months. What helped me was to post on the boards everyday, track everyday, changing out all my exercises but most of all, Blogging everyday and posting on others blogs leaving an upbuilding message everyday. That really gets your energy and motivation up. Give it a try and see what happens.

It's so great you got the 12 back off again. Keep up working at it and remember, blog. It doesn't matter if it's about weight loss, gain or stalled. Foods, weather, what you see on you walk or time out of the house. Take pictures and add them to your blogs, we all love to see peoples pictures.

Tell stories about something funny or neat you happened to see or hear that day. Go in and check out some of my older blogs to see what I mean. I'm all over the place with my blogs. Use your planner everyday. Have it send you a reminder to call someone or do something the next day. You'll soon be back with a full head of steam.
