Let's Try This Again...

I had gotten down close to where I wanted to be but have gained some of the weight back so I'm trying again. I like running/walking and tai chi. I'm currently trying to focus more on the calorie-in/calorie-out equation and less the how of getting there.

My ultimate goal is to get back down to my max weight by Navy Standards so that I can pass the BCA portion of my next PRT.

welcome to the road runners. I see you are getting close to your goal weight. Congratulations. What are your running plans. Are you training for any event? this is the first time in a long time that I have no planned race. Maybe I should make an internet search and fix that. :-) gail
