My Goals:
To be honest with myself ...as my scale is with me.
Now I want to bring my BMI to the "over" number and then...to "healthy..."

Personal Information:
I live in So Calif. I grew up in a large (16 )family, and all but one of my siblings survive. My parents are deceased. I have 4 grown children and four grandchildren, three boys, 19, 4 and 2, and a girl who will be 3 on July 3. WooHoo!
Other Information:
My family is very important to me. I am happy that several of my family members are becoming part of the Spark family. It really is like a flame... We will all be healthier in 2012.The Aunts & Uncles, for the very first time, did, get beat by the Nieces and Nephews at volleyball at the family reunion.. darn those kids!
