You are right I am a runner and have been doing long distance running for 2 years. This is my 3rd running season. In addition, I use biking as a cross training activity. Good luck with you couch to 5K program. :-)
Hey, Mario, thanks for adding me as a friend! Looks like you're into running, is that your main way of getting exercise? I have never been into running but a few months ago I found this thing called "Couch Potato to 5K in 9 Weeks" and I'm going to try it. Biking is my main thing, by a long shot, so that will continue to be my focus but it's good to branch out a little as well.
