Hi Mari! Thanks for the apple goodie. I need to be eating snacks like that to stay on track. Glad to hear that you're starting to feel a bit better. Sounds as though you've had a bit of a rough road. Take care!

Hi Mari! Thanks for the blueberries. I'm quite fond of blueberries, actually. Had some with my oatmeal for breakfast. I know what you mean about the evenings. I have to save a chunk of my daily food allowance for healthy snacks. Tonight it's rainier cherries and yogurt, and then a peanut butter cracker before bed. If I don't do that, then I end up eating over my calorie limit. Not sure why evenings are so difficult, but a lot of us seem to have that issue.

Hi Mari, thanks for reading and leaving a comment on my blog. I couldn't believe the luck of our timing. It was such a kick to see - made my day. We didn't get to see Mt. Hood because it was socked in with weather, but that made up for it.

Oh, it was that bad, alright! I had hoped that all that walking would counteract my bad behavior a bit, but it turns out that you can't eat anything and everything you want practically non-stop for two weeks and not gain a lot of weight in the process. Who knew? emoticon emoticon emoticon

Thanks for the goodie you sent me, Mari. I'm taking today to get caught up with my Sparkmail. Hope you had a good weekend. We're dodging the rain here today. We've got hay laying and trying to get dry. This weather is not helping much. Very strange this Summer. It should be 90-100 degrees out and we're barely 75. When it comes, it will probably come down like a trainwreck. Feast or famine around here all the time. Hugs, Linda
