Fed up with the Fat

I'm a graduate student who is always busy reading, writing, and working. Finding the time and motivation to workout has been a struggle for me since I left high school. From when I was 8 yrs old, I can always remember having a bit of chunk, but in these college years I just let things get out of control. I'm here to start learning to eat healthy and workout regularly. I want to lose weight, but more importantly, I want to change my lifestyle and thinking about foods and working out. My goal is ...
