I have to admit I'm getting frustrated. The weight isn't coming off as fast I would like, not consistently anyway. Sometimes it goes up 2 lbs, then down 2, then maybe none at all. Is it my age? Am I premenopausal? Is it because I don't drink enough water or eat too many carbs (my weakness)? God knows I exercise enough - everyday I'm on my Treadclimber for at least 30 minutes. I take one day to rest.
I'm trying to hold on, but I'm almost at that point where I want to throw in the towel. HELP!!! 1374 days ago
