This is MY TIME!

Well, I wasn't thin when I got married. I think that I was only once ever close to my "healthy" weight... when I was 16. For one summer. Since I have been married, I have gained over 100lbs, almost 150 since I MET my husband. I am doing this for ME. Sure I want to look great and be thin, but my sense of accomplishment is in how I feel and what I am able to do.I just don't want my being out of shape to hold me back anymore from enjoying life. I only get this one chance to be all that God has ...

My Goals:
my goal is to get out of plus sizes and below 200 lbs by this fall. I am back in school, majoring in biology, and I need to be fit to work in the great outdoors... so I'm transforming my body while getting an education. Exercise helps me think better too!

My Program:
I joined Curves a few years back, but the workouts didn't burn many calories. Now I go to the Y, and I LOVE it there! I have an aqua aerobics class 2x a week, and low impact aerobics one day. then I go in and use a bike, aqua jog, and lift weights 1-2 days besides. I feel much stronger than I did when I was at curves, and I like the pool because I HATE being sweaty. i also have psoriatic arthritis which makes it hard to exercise on land. I started out on JUDD, but now am calorie cycling- up and down every other day between 1000( eating mainly fruits and veg, and meal replacements) and 2500, eating darn near anything I want. Seems to be working so far.

Other Information:
If anyone is in Christ he is a new creation. The old is gone the new has come.
