I don't mean to make you so tired. Most the time I am too tired to do anything. That is why I enjoy the weekend so much because I have plenty of time to work out and do homework. You're right...change is hard. Start small...with no pressure and no guilt. Sometimes knowing is the best part. I didn't start changing my eating habits until I started to see(by tracking my food) that I was eating enough for 2 people. Just knowing helped me make better choices. As for your back, it might be nice to consult a doctor about what types of exercises will help strengthen you and burn a few calories at the same time. You are worth the inquiry!

Hello! Welcome to Spark People. I so far have walked the one mile with Leslie Sansone DVD 4 out of 5 days. I am starting slowly as I tried the 2 mile workout and it was a little too much.
