1) drink 8 glasses of water a day 2) keep my sodium level down 3) eat more fruits & vegetables 4) eat 2 healthy snacks a day 5) try to get some type of exercise in everyday 6) 50 lbs lost - buy a pair of blue jeans - DONE April 24/11 (WOOHOO)
1) go on to Sparkpeople at least once a day to track my food. 2) do water aerobics 3x a week. 3) a recumbent bike for alternate days. 4) walking
