My Goals:
My goal is to get back to a healthy weight and BMI. I would love to develop a healthier and more active lifestyle.

My Program:
I have a hard time remembering to eat, so a big part of my program is trying to eat at least 3 times a day and not skip breakfast.

My resolution for 2011 is to jump start my workout routine by being active for 90 days straight. I will do this by:

Zumba Fitness 10 Day Challenge followed by:

Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred followed by:

Biggest Loser Cardio Max/ 6 week program.

After those 90 days I'm hoping to be in good enough shape to do P90X and we'll see what happens after that!

Proud wife of a United States Marine. Mommy of two children, one of which has autism.

Hi! I love the 30 day shred but it is tough! I just did day 2 of level 1 last nite and it was def harder than day 1 b/c I was sore. I literally felt my sore muscles working and burning while I was doing the exercises. People have said it gets easier as the days go on and they really feel a difference in their endurance by like day 5-7. I'm looking forward to the results of this program as many people said they are great ones! How do you like the program?
