Hi! I love the 30 day shred but it is tough! I just did day 2 of level 1 last nite and it was def harder than day 1 b/c I was sore. I literally felt my sore muscles working and burning while I was doing the exercises. People have said it gets easier as the days go on and they really feel a difference in their endurance by like day 5-7. I'm looking forward to the results of this program as many people said they are great ones! How do you like the program?
