My top weight was 384#-now look at me!! Over 200# gone with Weight Watchers and 24 Hour Fitness- NO OPERATIONS!! And I have kept it off for almost 2 years. I would like to lose another 15 but if I don't I sure won't cry about it!! I am looking for a "diet buddy"

You are very inspiring. I need to lose about 100 pounds.
I was exercising at the YMCA but I stopped due to my right hip started bothering me. It stopped after I stopped exercising......

Thanks for all the information you shared with me. I had tried for sometime to encourage my 23 year old grandson to get fit....he is real over weight. I shared your story with him, and now he has joined Sparks ,and started on his personal Journey. Thanks to you.

Wow! Your losing all that weight is amazing! I wish you would share more with us on how you did it. What type of exercise did you do???? It sounds like WW helped you to change your eating habits so what are you doing ....eating how many times a day? Do you try to eat 5 fr/veg . I would like to understand your program better. How many days a week you exercise, what type etc. Maybe you could do a blog on your page and tell all the details. I am sure many would be interested in knowing and it might help someone else.
