Healthy Lifestyle

I've been using Sparkpeople for over a year and have really changed my lifestyle. I quit smoking on 3/16/06 and have been trying to consistently exercise and eat healthy meals. Sometimes I fail but that's ok. My body has changed and I love working out and exercising.

My Goals:
TO LOSE THAT LAST 10 POUNDS!

TO FIND MORE TIME FOR YOGA!!!

TO NOT BEAT MYSELF UP IF I OVERSLEEP OR DONT WORK OUT ENOUGH.

My Program:
I try to work out everyday even if its' only 30 minutes of walking. I do take a day off every couple of weeks and not exercise at all.

I limit my calories to under 1500 day except for most weekends. I find it difficult to stay on track when I go out for a meal.

Favorites: Beach, exercise, food, my daughter, my boyfriend, shopping, clothes, books, MUSIC, travel, sleeping in, ice cream, yoga, spin class,
