Still Bringing It

I always want to achieve my best in whatever I do. However, my weight achievements are not the best. I have been struggling/ yo-yo-ing (10-30lbs) with my weight since I was in middle school and I finally feel like I have the mental determination to take on this goal 100%.

Revised Goals
Lose 1 lb this week.
Lose 2 lbs by 8/27.

Lose another lb by 9/10. Revise from there. 4 week small ...

My Goals:
-Raise over $1000 for Charities ( Accomplished 4/16/2010)
-Lose Weight
-Get A's on Finals ( A's was a little unrealistic but i did have the best GPA I've had in a year and a half of law school. May 2010.)
- Lose 5lbs by July 10
(accomplished July 21st!)
- Lose 10lbs by August 21
Lose 15lbs by September 21
-Lose 20lbs by October 21
-Lose 30lbs by November 21 -oops those were for 2010...
Model Swim Suits
-Get a Legal Job- DONE
-Pay off CC- working on it
-Pass the Bar ( I take it July 27th and will find out in October) DONE!!

So i fell off the wagon on my weights goals..oops. So time to get back on that horse.... NEW GOAL:

Lose- 7lbs by August 10th
Consistently work out for 3 months and lose a total of 10lbs!

Phase 2: Decide in September!!

Working Out 4-5 days a week Tracking my Eating Everyday
Staying Motivated through Spark people blogs and articles.
Upping the protein veggies and fruit and cutting down on the cheese and non whole grain carbs.
