Trying to loose 100 pounds.

Not too long ago, I was at my heaviest weight and weighed in at 205 pounds. That was when I decided to lose weight and lost 73 pounds in seven months. I work out two hours a day on the elliptical and treadmill and use the LA Weightloss program. After I reached the 130's, I plateaued. At my lowest weight, I was 128 but was unable to maintain it. I'm currently in the 130's, my goal weight is 105. My main goal is to lose 100 pounds. If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate any ...
