Hi! My name is Marilyn and I am tired of losing the same 20-30 pounds over and over again. This is the first time that I am actually focusing on ensuring that my body gets the nutrients I need. I am not tracking points or eating only certain foods. I have learned a lot about nutrition using the nutrition tracker, and I thought I already knew everything I needed to know....... I guess a person is never too old to relearn things.

My Goals:
Losing weight is the easy part. Keeping it off is the hard part. My goal is to keep the weight off after I lose it!

My Program:
I am tracking my food and trying to stay within my calorie range. I have learned throught the tracker that I dont get enough fiber, calcium, protein, or iron. I use the tracker to keep up with those nutrients and change my eating habits.

Personal Information:
I live in northeast Georgia but am originally from San Diego. Sometimes I miss the ocean so much it makes me want to cry.

Marilyn, Thanks for your comment on my blog about my new scale. Was going OK for a while, but I am a CPA and I haven't been doing a good job on anything. Will be getting back on track next week after Tax Day. Keep in touch. Sometime in May I will update. emoticon
