My Goals:
Lose 60 lbs by changing my eating habits and exercise. Make eating healthy and exercising be a part of my everyday life.

My Program:
I'm following Isagenix and Weight Watchers. I use WW to track my points.

Personal Information:
I currently live in Durham with my husband and baby "Duke", a black lab! I'm oringinally fro the Northern VA/Washington DC area.

I have a run/walk meetup group that has really kept me motivated!

I also love to read and have a monthly book club.

Other Information:
"If you fail to plan, you plan to fail".... that is so true!

Hi Marilyn,

I'm doing pretty well!! :) I'm in the process of taking off some of the weight I've gained, but taking a different approach this time. I'm also working with a running coach, which has helped. I've still managed to get injured though, so I've got to build some rest/recovery days in.

I've got a 10K coming up this weekend, and a 5K coming up on March 13. Do you have any races you're planning to run/walk this spring?
