I'm doing pretty well!! :) I'm in the process of taking off some of the weight I've gained, but taking a different approach this time. I'm also working with a running coach, which has helped. I've still managed to get injured though, so I've got to build some rest/recovery days in.
I've got a 10K coming up this weekend, and a 5K coming up on March 13. Do you have any races you're planning to run/walk this spring?
